Myofascial Release
The newest development in hands-on therapy has been the whole body therapy of myofascial release. This fits in superbly with all my hands on skills, and my emphasis on looking at the whole picture of health.

Myofascial Release is helping me loosen off old injuries that have been holding people out of kilter for a long while. It’s a gentle, deeper type of stretch.
